Cat Names - The Top Pet Names In 2018

Pet Insurance Australia has just released their 2018 top 10 popular pet names. With some new additions to the list, plus some of the more unusual pet names this calendar year.

“This is a great time of year to celebrate our fantastic pet names,” Nadia Crighton from Pet Insurance Australia says. “It’s always a crowd favourite to see who made the top 10 list this year.”

Our trending pet name report stems from the data of approximately 150,000 pets, right across Australia, who were newly insured in the last 12 months.

“This gives us a wonderful indication of the trends when it comes to pet names across Australia” Crighton says. “There were certainly some new names that made the list including Willow and Cooper compared to last year,” she says.
